Emergencies
If you are having an emergency at the home you have rented, please call our 24/7 emergency line 508-564-0929 and describe the situation to the maintenance pro who answers.
Our maintenance pro has been dealing with emergencies for over 30 years and he'll know what to do. If a plumber or electrician is needed he will call them. He'll also notify the office that a problem occurred so that we will be part of the loop.
Your enjoyment of your vacation is really important to us. Don't hesitate to call, but please only call this number for serious items. Smaller items call in to the office during normal business hours.
